1. Who we are

This website is operated by AS Homs, a home-styling and interior decor studio based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. "We," "us," and "our" refer to AS Homs. "You" refers to the visitor or person submitting information through this site.

2. What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you use the contact form or email us directly:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The project location you provide (city or neighbourhood)
• The service type and start timeline you select
• Anything you write in the project description field

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this site. We do not collect your IP address beyond standard web server logs that are kept for security purposes and automatically rotated.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry — to understand what you're asking about, write back within approximately 24 hours, and (if we proceed to work together) to coordinate the project. We do not use it to send marketing material, add you to a mailing list, or share it with third parties for their own use.

4. How long we keep it

If your inquiry does not become an engaged project, we delete your submission within twelve months. If we work together, we retain project-related correspondence for seven years, which is the standard business-records retention period in Ontario.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it. The only parties who may see your information are:

• Our email provider (currently Google Workspace), which stores and transmits our email
• Our form-handling provider (currently a third-party form service), which receives form submissions and relays them to our email
• Government or legal authorities, if required by Canadian law under a valid order

6. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw your consent to future communication at any time

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least thirty days.
